 Return and Refund Policy to buyers and donors

This Return Policy (·Policy) is an effort by Fortitude Leadership Academy to continuously provide the signature, quality customer  service that its patron has loved them for. This Policy will provide the Company's employees, staff, and even the customers, partners, parents and donors, themselves, the procedures, guidelines, limitations, and legal considerations  about the management of returned products to include monetary donations in cases of issues regarding quality, refund, and other exchanges of unintended or unwanted products and goods.

Scope and Limitations

This Policy will help and guide the Company's employees, staff, and even the customers, partners, and donors themselves, in the procedures, guidelines, limitations, and legal considerations  on the management of returned products in cases of issues regarding quality, refund, and other exchanges of unintended or unwanted products  or donations. Moreover, this policy will cover all the items, non-perishables alike, sold by the Company; and are subject and limited to the items' warranty period and condition upon return.

 Provisions

DEFINITION OF TERMS

•  NON-PERISHABLES - Items with longer, in  some cases, unlimited shelf life; such as books, etc.

•  DONORS/DONATIONS - All money and gifts donate to the Company

•  WARRANTY PERIOD -  the period that warrants free  adjustment services in case of a malfunction occurred under normal use that has followed  instruction manuals.

 ITEM RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE

Non-perishable items purchased  from the Company  can be returned, exchanged,  or refunded within three(3) days from the date of purchase.  Customers must present the Item's receipt or other proof of purchase  to the officer-in-charge before a refund or exchange  will take place.  Items returned without a purchase  receipt, beyond the return  period, or in a condition beyond normal wear and tear will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Donor/donations are final and will not be returned

REFUND

Refunds only apply to Items returned and where product exchange  is impossible due to the unavailability of similar items.  No refunds should be made without assessing or ascertaining the condition of the returned item or the availability of a replacement item by the officer-in-charge. There will not be refunds on any donor or donations made to the company.

CONDITION  OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT

All Items subject to this Policy must be returned in its normal packaging condition or an unused condition The condition of all returned items will undergo a strict assessment process  by the officer in charge.

This policy is drafted and created by the management team of Fortitude Leadership Academy under Alabama State laws governing Item Return and Refund Policies.
